• Account management for parents/guardians and program participants

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Parental/Guardian Accounts

Parents or legal guardians must create and manage accounts for children under 18 years of age. By creating an account for a child, you represent and warrant that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you have the legal authority to consent to these Terms on behalf of the child.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms. You may also request to delete your account by contacting us.

4. Program Enrollment and Participation

4.1 Enrollment

Enrollment in our educational programs is subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and payment of applicable fees. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our discretion.

4.2 Program Requirements

Participants in our programs must meet the specified age requirements and prerequisites. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child meets these requirements.

4.3 Participant Conduct

Participants in our programs are expected to behave appropriately and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove a participant from a program for disruptive behavior, harassment, or any conduct that interferes with the learning environment.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees and Payment

Program fees are as specified on our website or in program materials. Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified or a payment plan has been arranged.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

5.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

• Full refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the program start date
• 50% refund if cancellation is made 7-13 days before the program start date
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date
• No refund for no-shows or partial attendance

We may consider exceptions to this policy in cases of illness or emergency, at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided as part of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and teaching materials, are owned by or licensed to The AI Playroom and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services and content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Transfer the content or materials to another person or "mirror" them on any other server

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create as part of our programs ("User Content"). By sharing User Content with us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share the User Content for educational and promotional purposes.

You agree not to use our Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LITTLE AI LABS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The AI Playroom, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in Singapore in accordance with the mediation rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Little AI Labs regarding our Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, between us.
